GOOD MORNING FRIENDS🌤 I have a challenge for you all today: if you catch yourself complaining about anything, stop and turn it into a positive thought of gratitude💕 For example: "ugh I'm so stressed out about finals" ➡️ "I am grateful to have access to higher education"🤓 or "I don't feel like doing cardio" ➡️ "I'm fortunate to have a healthy body" I've been working on this a lot lately, and my days are so much better when I choose gratitude and positivity🌻 Try it and let me know how it feels! #MarieWoldFitness #GrindAndBeGrateful #AimHigher
